Pastor Josh and Amy
Pastor Josh and Amy have always had a heart to see people experience a true revelation about their worth, purpose, and inherent value to those around them.
Serving the church for more than 20 years in various roles, they’ve always tried to represent the christian as a real person, not disqualified by mistakes, but rather, able to learn and grow as God’s plan for their lives unfolds.
In authentic “real-person” style, Josh and Amy share messages that focus on how God’s love transforms every aspect of life, and how anyone can learn to access the resources in God’s Word to help on our individual journey’s through all of life’s ups and downs.
Not interested in just saying and doing the “right things-” they may not always be PC-
but their dedication to consistently imparting the message that; Salvation through Jesus is just the beginning of an amazing adventure for those whose hearts and lives that are touched by his transforming love, is apparent with each message they share.
Our Founding Pastors
In November 1987, Pastors Bill and Elaine Kiefer began Living Word Christian Center, holding services in the garage of one of the members. The church grew, and by the spring of 1993, God provided us with our current facility on 64 acres. The Kiefer’s pastored Living Word for 29 years, before moving on to full-time missions work all over the world.
